The 581 Castlegar Squadron Sponsoring Committee is the local representative of the Air Cadet League of British Columbia and is mainly comprised of parents of air cadets.
The Society charged with the responsibility managing the Squadron Finances, Lodging and providing support to Cadet Activities.
The Society is made up of volunteers, and the following are members of the 2023 / 2024 Executive Committee:

The Squadron operates on fundraising and is always open to donations of training equipment, supplies, and funds. Tax receipts can be issued for donations as we are a not-for-profit organization. If you would like to contact the sponsor association, please call the cadet hall on Tuesday parade nights at 250-365-3888 or Contact Us. Executive Meetings are generally held once a month on parade night and any parent can attend.
Parents are always welcome and encouraged to drop by the parents’ table at the cadet hall on Tuesday nights. The coffee is usually on and we encourage feedback to our Executive members and networking among all parents. Ask how you can get involved.
Remember that this is YOUR cadet hall and it is run to benefit YOUR cadet.
